THE BRIDE IS THE YOUNGEST DAUGHTER OF CAPTAIN WILLIAM G. WILBERN OF NORFOLK WHERE HE HAS RESIDED SINCE SERVING IN THE CONFEDERATE ARMY. SHE IS A YOUNG LADY LADY OF THE MOST ATTRACTIVE PERSONALITY. SHE HAS RESIDED IN NEWPORT NEWS SINCE THE RECENT DEATH OF HER MOTHER AND HAS WON MANY FRIENDS HERE. 

UNDER PORTSMOUTH:
MR. JASON S. ATKINSON formerly a PORTSMOUTH BOY, but now Y.M.C.A. secretary in Raleigh NC. was married in that city at 6am Wednesday, arrived here at 11am and was the guest of his uncle MR. GEORGE K. ATKINSON on Washington Street. The Happy couple left via CHESAPEAKE and OHIO railroad Thursday for Richmond and other places of interest.

MR. H.A. CAMPBELL A WELL KNOWN LUMBER DEALER IN THIS CITY, LEFT LAST NIGHT FOR RICHMOND. HE WILL BE MARRIED AT 8AM TODAY TO MISS BESSIE JOHNSON OF THAT CITY. A RECEPTION WILL FOLLOW. THEY WILL TAKE THE CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO TRAIN THAT LEAVES RICHMOND AT 1PM FOR CHICAGO AND WILL RETURN VIA NIAGARA FALLS. MR. CAPMBELL IS A MEMBER OF THE CHAMBERS, AND WILL BE WITH THE BOYS IN THEIR PARADE IN THAT CITY.  ON HIS RETURN HE WILL LIVE IN PARKVIEW.

MISS MAUD WILLIAMS, DAUGHTER OF E.A. WILLIAMS OF 210 COUNTY STREET, WENT TO RICHMOND THURSDAY WITH MR. B. MATTHEWS OF THIS CITY AND THE TWO WERE MARRIED. THEY LEFT FOR CHARLESTON WEST VA TO RESIDE.

MISS MOLLIE HATHAWAY WHO WENT TO THE RETREAT A FEW DAYS AGO, IS REPORTED IMPROVING.

MISS AGNES NIEMANN, WHO HAS BEEN SICK IS REPORTED MUCH BETTER.

MRS. O'CONNER WHO WAS VISITING HER DAUGHTER, MRS. W. GOODSON OF PORTSMOUTH, RETURNED TO HER HOME ON COLLEY AVE YESTERDAY.
