Two things................................
My little brother (age 35, mental age 6)
After winning 3rd place on sat in the special olympics basketball tournament, he asked me at dinner if i was proud of him. And both my husband and I proceeded to tell him for about 10 minutes how great he was and how proud we are of him.
Then today, he's ill, he has a slight fever.................
He insisted on going to work but came home early, not feeling so good.
And he asked me if i was mad at him for being sick.
And it just broke my heart, again I had to re assure him that no i wasn't mad and his boss isn't mad either.
OUR deceased mother had a very hard time raising two kids alone. And absolutely REFUSED TO ASK for help. So she could never afford to be sick. That's where this mentality comes from.

Went to library yesterday and will probably go again tomorrow.
Adding Cumberland Wills to the site.
Fingers tired. Wish there was more support for the site.

Ran some erands today, forgot to go to the library. Maybe next week. Really need to get there. Need some stuff for site.
Although since the contributions are so low this year, I wonder if I should invest in this site, if it will disappear in May as I can't afford to pay the dues.
we shall see.

Thinking about putting up a black genealogy page on the NORFOLK WEBSITE. It has recently come to my attention the lack of information out there.
I am going to make an attempt to remember to do some checking on what my library has next time i go there.
