WELL it's almost the end of 2006..........
Hope everyone had a happy holiday!
Looking forward to a quiet new years at home.

ALL christmas shopping and food shopping is done
Even used that Barnes and Noble gift cert. to buy a book for my cousin!
We don't have much here, but at least we have each other.
You have to appreciate the little things in life.
I wish we could have children either naturally or via adoption but it's quite obvious to us that neither will happen any time soon.
So we are just grateful for each other this christmas. December is hard for us due to the death of our only daughter in 2001.
I am grateful that my husband and his heart condition have survived another year.
I am grateful that my little brother enjoy's both his job and special olymics.
I am grateful that my uncle's heart condition and diabeties has survived
another year.
I am grateful that my aunt was able to raise the money to have her knee surgery.
I say a prayer for the grandmother who went to heaven this year to join the rest of them.
3 days of time with husband with a tree full of ornaments and lights and a yule log video on the tv. How else could you spend christmas? oh all right i confess i'd give it up in a minute to watch my own children open christmas presents. But if i had it happen once, i'd want it again. I'm selfish that way.
oh well, i'm sorry to have gotten sad.
let me just focus on the positive and all the goods things in life.

4 DAYS AND COUNTING!! Mistral's Kiss comes out on Dec 12. Then it's a 6 month wait for Harlequin. Major Bummer.
Going to try something new, well not new, something I haven't done in a few years. Offer free lookups at library. Maybe drum up some support for the website!
We shall see.
